Terms of Service

Fees

All fees for services will be clearly communicated before engagement. You agree to pay any fees for each Services you purchase or use in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Where applicable, you will be billed using the billing method you select through your account management page.

If you pay by credit card, you represent that the card information you provide is correct and you will promptly notify us of any changes. Fees paid are non-refundable except as provided in these Terms, described at checkout, or when required by law. Support included with your fee is limited to the Services and does not include psychological, therapeutic, or technical support.

Subscriptions

Some Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions") in advance on a recurring schedule ("billing cycle"), typically monthly or annual depending on your selection. Payment will be charged at purchase confirmation and at the start of each billing cycle.

Your Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the billing cycle (via info@876careersolutions.com or, where available, your account page/app). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; if requested mid-cycle, your Subscription continues until the end of that cycle.

If you sign up for a plan with a free or discounted trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed the full plan price when the trial ends. Cancelling before the first post-trial invoice prevents charges.

Our payment partners (including Wix Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Apple) securely store necessary payment details. We do not directly access these details. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. We may receive updated card data from your provider and charge using that information. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until resolved. Restarting a subscription authorizes charges to the payment method on file.

Any change (upgrade, downgrade, or modification) to a plan during a trial ends the trial immediately and billing begins for the new term. Upgrades after a trial bill at the next cycle, with prorated charges for mid-cycle upgrades. Downgrades that create a credit will apply to future billing cycles and are not refundable.

Price Changes

We may change fees at any time. For subscription Services, changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will give advance notice of fee changes and you may cancel your Subscription; subscription changes require 30 days notice.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified during booking.

Payment Schedule

Payment is typically required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans may be available for ongoing programs.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received. Late fees may apply and will be detailed on invoices.

Taxes

Prices do not include taxes, levies, duties, or similar assessments (collectively, "Taxes") unless indicated. You are responsible for paying Taxes associated with your purchase and keeping billing information up to date.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service and will be communicated at purchase. In general, refunds are not provided for completed services or after program start dates.

Client Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule individual sessions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee except in extenuating circumstances determined at our sole discretion.

Provider Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Program Cancellations

Multi-session programs and workshops have specific cancellation policies provided at enrollment. See subscription details for more information.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or your rights to use our Services without prior written consent from 876 Career Solutions Inc., which may be withheld at our discretion. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and 876 Career Solutions Inc. and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter.

Independent Contractors

The relationship between you and 876 Career Solutions Inc. is that of independent contractors, not legal partners, employees, or agents. You will not misrepresent the relationship (including implying we support or endorse you or your business).

Interpretation

Terms such as "includes", "including", and "such as" are not limiting and mean "including without limitation".

No Waiver

A party's failure or delay to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in full effect.

Third Party Beneficiaries

There are no third party beneficiaries to these Terms.

Survival

Sections intended by their nature to survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination of these Terms.

Language

These Terms are prepared in English. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls, except where prohibited by applicable law.
